I consulted Marzena for a depth enquiry session about my fear of unclear water (murky or just dark depth).

I initially believed I would go back to the fearful feeling, but during the session, I went through abstract vision, light pain and sensations in my body. Totally unrelated to water or fear.

Nevertheless, a couple weeks later, I found myself in dark waters, surrounded by seaweed and sticks and not feeling afraid or panicky at all. Where usually, I would feel my heartbeat racing and I'd struggle breathing.

My 8 year old daughter had an increase in her fear of heights and dark waters, to the point where she wouldn't go swimming in summer !

She had one session with Marzena and after a couple weeks I could witness the change. My daughter asked me to jump together from a pier into deep water. She had no fear at all anymore.

She confirmed it again a few weeks later doing rock climbing, all the way to the wall top. When the last time she tried, she barely went above 1 meter high.
