My Qualifications

I have an Advanced Clinical Certificate in Contemporary Gestalt Therapy and a Diploma in Counselling.

I am a member of PACFA and Gestalt Australia and New Zealand (GANZ).

About me

I was born in Poland, raised in Germany, and finally settled in Australia.

I’ve been sailing the rough seas of life on my own since I can remember.

At times, I felt strong and alive in the storm, overcoming wild and aggressive waves and conversely, I have felt vulnerable and lost in the calm waters unable to recognise the opportunity to rest.

Through the gentleness and support of Gestalt therapy I was able to slowly take down layers off my tough armour and connect with the compass of my heart. It has had and continues to have a positive impact on my personal development and growth.

I firmly believe in the modality of Gestalt Therapy, because of its individual approach to a person’s challenges as a whole – the present moment, wounds from the past and how we relate to the people and world around us.

What is Gestalt ?

Gestalt therapy is a form of psychotherapy that focuses on an individual’s present state and is primarily concerned with enhancing self-awareness to help you overcome your challenges and make the choices you need.

Gestalt therapy views the therapeutic relationship as integral, utilizing it as a catalyst for change and growth.
